1. Reservations
You can make your booking through our web site www.apartamentosmurallaziri.com or send a picture or scanned image of a credit card (Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, Red, Maestro o Solo) no American Express to guarantee the reservation and we will send you all documents to formalize it.
If you want to pay by bank transfer, it must be done fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date to the following account, indicating your name and surname:

All our guests must provide their name, surname, mobile telephone number and e-mail when making the booking.
Payment of the reservation total balance must be made, by credit card or cash (Euros), at the time of arrival at the apartments.
On the Special Dates (Eastern, Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays and festivities), reservations of five (05) or more nights and reservations of three (03) or more apartments we will require 50% payment 15 days (fifteen) prior to the arrival date.
Children age 0 - 2 years complimentary in crib (under request).
If you book an apartment for two (02) people and one (01) of them sleeps in the bed and the other in the sofa bed or in the other bed, there is a surcharge of 20 Euros.
Offers are not accumulable with other promotions, discounts or rates.
2. Minimum stay
- Two nights.
- One night stay under request.
- Eastern, Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays and festivities (minimum stay based on the festivity).
3. Change dates of stay
Any booking modification (dates, number of nights, number of people or apartment category) might be possible if there is availability and under the acceptance and acknowledge of Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri. S.L.
4. Cancellations
If for any reason, which includes unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (illness, fire, flood, theft, strikes, natural disasters such as volcanic eruptions, etc.), the reservation must be cancelled it is subject to the following terms and conditions:
All cancellations must be made via e-mail or fax and should receive acknowledgment from Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S.L.
- OFFERS:
- Are not cumulative, not refundable in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.
- The payment of each offer is stated when making the reservation on-line and in the received automatic confirmation mesage.
- SPECIAL SEASONS (Eastern, Christmas, New Year, January first week, Valentines, August bank holidays, other Bank Holidays and festivities), reservations of five (05) or more nights and reservations of three (03) or more apartments:
- We will require full payment 15 (fifteen) days prior to the arrival date.
- Cancellations made up to 15 (fifteen) days prior to the arrival day: no fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made later, in case of no-show and/or early departure to the date specified in the reservation: the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
- REST OF THE YEAR:
- Cancellations made up to 4 (four) days prior to the arrival day: no fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made later, in case of no-show and/or early departure to the date specified in the reservation: the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
- The reservation will be cancelled, and charged 100% of the total booking amount, if the guest has not arrived before 23:59 hrs. of the arrival date, except communication received via e-mail or fax acknowledgment from Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S.L.
- If at the arrival the number of guests is higher than the reported in the reservation or could not be identified, Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. has the right to cancel the reservation and charge 100% of the total booking amount.
- The reservation confirmation sent and/or the payment of the reservation and/or filling in the Reservation form implies the acknowledge and acceptance of the General Conditions and Cancelation Policy.
- Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S. L. recommends you to contract full holiday insurance for your trip.
5. Bail
We do not request bail but we will require the signature of the "Record Sheet", as security for any damage or loss of keys, or breakages of the control card in energy consuming, which authorizes to debit to the customer's credit card the damage caused on the apartment continent and content.
It is assumed that the apartment is in good condition and fully equipped in the inventory, and everything works fine. If something is missing or not working and is not notified within 24 hours from your date of arrival, you are responsible, therefore, Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S. L. reserves the right to charge the amount to your credit card. I
f there is something missing, you should contact Reception. Moreover, if during the stay something is broken or damaged, please inform us about it as soon as possible so that we can fix it.
The guest is responsible for the state of the apartment (content, walls, appliances, etc.).. In the case of breakage, loss, damage, etc.. one of these objects, Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. may require the host to pay restitution or settlement.
Each apartment has a customised inventory with the cost of the items, which is available at Reception.
5. Arrival and departures
Our wish is that customers feel like at home with the independence that entails. We are not a hotel and we don´t have 24 hour Reception. Therefore we need that you let us know your expected arrival time. Moreover, please, when arriving to Granada or 30 minutes before arrival or when entering in Granada to sms or call to the mobile number provided in the confirmation email.
Reception schedule:
- Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
- Weekends, based on arrivals and departures only.
- We do have 24 hour Reception. However, if you have any urgency, incident or detect something out of the ordinary, please contact Reception on the mobile number provided in the confirmation email. We will try to resolve it as soon as possible.
- On December 24th, 25th and 31st the Reception will be open until 5:00 PM. Later arrivals will do the automatic check in previous receiving the digital access code.
Arrivals:
- Check in time from 1:00 PM. If you arrive before and the apartment is available you may take over it, otherwise you could leave your luggage and arrange a time to check in later.
- Our staff will be waiting for you 15 minutes before and up to 30 minutes after the specified time stated in your reservation confirmation. If you expect to arrive later, we kindly ask you to respect our staff time, try to arrive at reasonable hours and to send us a text message or call to the mobile number provided.
- Payment of the reservation total balance must be made, by credit card or cash (Euros), at the time of arrival at the apartments.
- Should you arrive to Granada airport we are pleased to offer you our chauffeur car pick up service from the airport to the Apartments, which costs 35 Euros.
Departures:
- The apartment departure must be before 11:00 AM; or at the agreed time on the arrival day.
- Our staff will check the apartment with you before your departure. Therefore, if you plan to leave before the time stated and confirmed when you checked in, please contact Reception or send a text message or call to the phone number provided.
- We will appreciate that you let us know if something was not working or if there is something else that you would place, to try to solve it for the next guest.
- It is required to leave all the cooking utensils clean and kept in place, towels and duvets folded and the apartment in order. Therefore, kitchen and equipment clean, no trash bags, etc.
- You are kindly requested to leave the kitchen utensils cleand and to dispose the garbage bag in the calle Cárcel Alta green container or in the location mention at your arrival. Please notice that a surcharge of minimum 25 Euros in all categories, except in the Penthouse minimum 45 Euros, will be charged if the apartment is not left as requested and in a reasonable state on departure; or for the cost of the cleaning/replacement of the damaged duvet, pillow covers, paid, towels or linen.
6. Keys
On arrival you will be given 1 set of keys of the apartment with a card energy consumption control. In the case of losing them, we will charge 30 Euros. However, if you leave them or forgot them inside the apartment or the loss occurs between 18:00 and 10:00 hours we will charge 25 Euros extra for being after Reception hours.
7. Cleanliness
It is required to leave all the cooking utensils clean and kept in place, towels and duvets folded and the apartment in order. Hence, kitchen and kitchenware clean, no trash bags, etc.
We kindly ask you to treat duvets, covers, towels and linen as yours at home. Therefore, please do not use it to remove makeup, clean shoes neither others, which stains are difficult to remove.
Bed linen, towels and bathroom amenities are included.
The cleaning of the apartment will take place before the arrival of each guests.
Every 3 days the towels will changed the and toilet paper replenished, unless requested.
Every 6 days the apartment will be cleaned and bedding and towels changed.
We offer you an additional cleaning service and daily change of towels, please ask at Reception. The apartment cleaning cost is 25 Euros/day, except for the Penthouse, which is 45 Euros. Additional change of linen is 5 Euros/set and towels 2 Euros/towel.
8. Smoking
All apartments and public areas are non smoking.
If so, smokers are requested to communicate when forwarding the reservation form filled in, hence, we will place an ashtray in the apartment. Failure to communicate is implicit non-smokers. If you choose to smoke without inform us, Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S. L. reserves the right to impose penalties for ignoring our policy and under a charge of 50 Euros that will be charged on your credit card.
Smoker, please, ventilate the apartment, empty the ashtray in a bag and trough the cigarette butts in a public trash can, open the windows and / or use the incense provided.
Please do not smoke in the bedroom neither throw the cigarrette buts in the toilet or in the flowers pots.
9. Responsibility
There is a schedule of silent respect for the other guests and neighbours, 10:00 pm to 10:00 am, seven days a week.
It is forbidden to conduct any party or activities in contradiction with the use of living, hygiene and normal public order, or that disturb other guests rest.
If customers do not behave in a manner sufficiently responsible Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S. L. reserves the right to evict guests from the apartment, losing the right to any compensation and / or return of the full or partial amount of the reservation; and to apply a surcharge of 100 Euros and to call the authorities.
Neither the owner nor Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. will be responsible for loss or damage which may derive from the use of the apartment. Included: damage, loss, theft, vandalism, natural disasters, vandalism, fire and any other occurrence in the same without any limitation.
Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. is not responsible for the personal objects in the apartments. If the guest has something of value we suggest you to deposit in the safe box at Reception.
Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. is not responsible for lost or forgotten once the guest has made the check out.
We remind you that is absolutely prohibited the storage or use of hazardous substances and / or prohibited in the apartments.
Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. reserves the right, by force majeure (fire, flood, theft or any other circumstance that would prevent its occupation, to change the reserved apartment by the guest by another equal or of higher category.
10. Guest responsibility for his companions
The holder of the reservation is responsible for the conduct and acts of those who accompany him, so any act that breaks any of the General Conditions and that carries an economic penalty, Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, SL reserves the right to charge the amount on the credit card of the holder of the reservation. We also reserve any further action is necessary in order to seek accountability for any failure.
11. Pets
Pets and animals are not allowed in the apartments or common areas except guide dogs always accompanied by the owner.
Otherwise we will proceed to eviction from the apartment and charge 100 Euros for the cleaning and will not be refunded the full or partial amount of the reservation.
12. Modifications
Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S.L. reserves the right to change any published information on the Web site at any time, including rates, descriptions and photographs, being the client responsible for verifying the information.
Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, SL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, prices and other information or description of the services offered at any time, being the client responsible for verifying the validity of those terms.
The guest gives his consent to the provide data to be incorporated in the existing files of Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. with the aim of offering information services, offers and shares in Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. or its affiliates. The guests agrees that the data may be transferred to companies belonging to Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. for the above purpose.

This booking, for its daily and seasonal nature, is excluded from the provisions of the existing law of urban leases for leases not being Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. authorised to give this kind of leases.
13. Guest agreement
The customer acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and that acceptance is confirmed by one or any of the following acts: the acceptance of services and quotations sent by e-mail, having made the reservation on-line, the reception of the reservation confirmation mail, the completion of the Express Check in form and the payment of contracted services.
