TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Reservations

You can make your booking through our web site www.apartamentosmurallaziri.com or calling on +34 958 049 851 where we will assist you.

We do verify the credit card but we do not charge any amount before arrival.

If you want to pay by bank transfer, it must be done fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date to the following account, indicating your name and surname:

Important:

  • Children under 24 months old: complimentary in travel baby crib (under request).
  • If you book an apartment for two (02) people and one (01) of them sleeps in the bed and the other in the sofa bed or in the other bed, there is a surcharge of 20 Euros.
  • The realization of the reservation and/or filling out and signature of the Guest Entry Registration Form implies knowledge and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.

2. Minimum stay

  • One or two nights (check our website).
  • Eastern, Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays and festivities (minimum stay based on the festivity).

3. Change dates of stay

Any booking modification (dates, number of nights, number of people or apartment category) might be possible if there is availability and under the acceptance and acknowledge of Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri. S. L.

In the event that there is availability on other dates, the change will have no extra cost as long as the rate is equal or higher, as well as the number of nights and people than the original reservation. If there is no availability on the new chosen dates and the customer decides to cancel the reservation, we will proceed to apply the cancelation policy.

4. Cancellations

When making a reservation you acknowledge and accept cancellation policies, as well as additional restrictions. The cancellation policy is shown at the time of booking on our website as well as in other reservation sites where our apartments can be booked.

If for any reason, which includes unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (illness, fire, flood, theft, strikes, natural disasters such as volcanic eruptions, etc.), the reservation must be cancelled it is subject to the following terms and conditions:

All cancellations must be made via e-mail or fax and should receive acknowledgment from Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S.L. If the reason is due an illness it must be accompanied by a doctor's certificate.

There shall be no obligation to keep the reservation of the apartment/suite, with a penalty of 100% of total reservation when:

  • The reservation will be cancelled, and charged 100% of the total booking amount, if the guest has not arrived before 23:59 hrs. of the arrival date, except communication received via e-mail or fax acknowledgment from Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S.L.                                                                                              
  • If at the arrival the number of guests is higher than the reported in the reservation or could not be identified, Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L.
  • If you do not fill out and sign the Guests Entry Registration Form as, in accordance with Article 12 of the Organic Law 1/1992 of 21 February on Protection of Public Safety, the Order INT / 1922/2003, it is mandatory that every person older than sixteen staying in a tourist establishment complete the Guest Entry Reservation Form.

Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S. L. recommends you to contract full holiday insurance for your trip.

5. Arrival and departures

Our wish is that our guests feel like at home with the independence that entails, we are not a hotel:

Arrivals:

  • Check-in time is from 13:00 hrs or before if the apartment/suite is ready. Otherwise you can leave the luggage at the Reception.
  • The Reception schedule is 9:00 am to 13:00 am. However, with the access code you can arrive at any time.
  • A few days before we will send you the access code, instructions for picking up the keys in the same place where you apartment will be located and several nearby parking suggestions (some with discount).
  • The payment of the total stay must be made on the arrival day or the day after by cash (Euros) or by credit card (Visa, Euro / Master Card, Maestro, Red or Solo). We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.
  • In accordance with Article 12 of the Organic Law 1/1992 of 21 February on Protection of Public Safety, the Order INT / 1922/2003, it is mandatory that every person older than sixteen staying in a tourist establishment fills out and sign the Guest Entry Reservation Form.

 Departures:

  • The apartment departure must by 11:00 AM; or at the agreed time on the arrival day.
  • Our staff will check the apartment/suite with you before your departure. Therefore, if you plan to leave before the time stated and confirmed when you checked in, please contact Reception or send an email.
  • The apartment/suite must be left under normal conditions of order and cleanliness. We do not expect of guests to spring clean the apartment/suite, neither to make beds on departure. We invite you to leave it as you found it on arrival; including dishes, pots & pans clean. Otherwise, we do reserve the right to apply minimum 35 Euros surcharge in all categories except in the Penthouse 50 Euros minimum.
  • Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S.L. reserves the right to charge in the credit card the cost of the cleaning/replacement of the damaged duvet, pillow covers, paid, towels or linen.
  • We will appreciate that you let us know if something was not working or missing, to try to solve it as soon as you notify it and before the next guest arrival.

 6. Parking Tickets

Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S.I. shall not be liable in any circumstances for loss, damage or misuse of discount parking ticket; being under strict responsibility of the customer. In case of loss or deterioration of the ticket, the customer must pay the amount provided in the price list of parking and pay it directly at the garage.

7. Bail

The completion of the reservation implies knowledge and acceptance of the Therms & Conditions,therefore, the guests authorize´s Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S. L. to charge in the credit card the amount of damages caused to the continent and content of the premises or incidents that occurred during the stay.

 It is assumed that the apartment is in good condition and fully equipped in the inventory, and everything works fine. If something is missing or not working and is not notified within 24 hours from your date of arrival, you are responsible, therefore, Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S. L. reserves the right to charge the amount to your credit card.

 If there is something missing, you should contact Reception. Moreover, if during the stay something is broken or damaged, please inform us about it as soon as possible so that we can fix it.

 The guest is responsible for the state of the apartment (content, walls, appliances, etc.).. In the case of breakage, loss, damage, etc.. one of these objects, Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. may require the host to pay restitution or settlement.

 Each apartment has a customised inventory with the cost of the items, which is available at Reception.

 8. Keys

On arrival you will be given 1 set of keys of the apartment/suite, street main door and of the terrace access.

If you leave the key inside the apartment, stuck in the lock, the guest will be responsible of 100% of the costs locksmith; payment directly to the locksmith or by cash to us.

In the case of losing them or take them on departure, you will have to pay minimum 50 Euros; cash payment.

If you leave or forget them inside the apartment need our assistance between 13:00 and 09:00 hours, you will have to pay 25 Euros by cash for having to go outside reception opening hours.

9. Cleanliness

You are requested to leave the kitchen utensils clean and kept in place.

We kindly ask you to treat duvets, covers, towels and linen as yours at home. Therefore, please do not use it to remove makeup, clean shoes neither others, which stains are difficult to remove.

Bed linen, towels and bathroom amenities are included:

  • The cleaning of the apartment will take place on the departure day and before the arrival of the new guest.
  • Every 4 days the towels will be changed and toilet paper replenished, unless requested before.
  • Every 6 days the apartment will be cleaned and bedding and towels changed.
  • We offer you an additional cleaning service and daily change of towels, please ask at Reception. The apartment cleaning cost is 25 Euros/day, except for the Penthouse, which is 45 Euros. Additional change of linen is 10 Euros/set.
  • We have laundry service (ask at the reception)
  • The apartments/suite do not have washing machine, dishwasher or line phone.
  • Iron, ironing board and distilled water under request.

 10. Smoking

All apartments/suite and public areas are non-smoking; except the terraces.

Smokers are requested to communicate it by writting before arrival. If so, please ventilate the apartment/suite, empty the ashtray in a bag and trough the cigarette butts in a public trash can, open the windows and use the incense provided. Please do not smoke in the bedroom neither throw the cigarette buts in the toilet or in the flowers pots.

Failure to communicate is implicit that the guests are non-smokers, therefore, Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S. L. reserves the right to impose penalties for ignoring our policy and under a charge of 50 Euros that will be charged on your credit card.

11. Responsibility

There is a schedule of silent respect for the other guests and neighbours, 10:00 pm to 10:00 am, seven days a week.

It is forbidden to conduct any party or activities in contradiction with the use of living, hygiene and normal public order, or that disturb other guests rest.

If customers do not behave in a manner sufficiently responsible Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S. L. reserves the right to evict guests from the apartment, losing the right to any compensation and / or return of the full or partial amount of the reservation; and to apply a surcharge of 100 Euros and to call the authorities.

Neither the owner nor Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. will be responsible for loss or damage which may derive from the use of the apartment. Included: damage, loss, theft, vandalism, natural disasters, vandalism, fire and any other occurrence in the same without any limitation.

Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. is not responsible for the personal objects in the apartments. If the guest has something of value we suggest you to deposit in the safe box at Reception.

Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. is not responsible for lost or forgotten once the guest has made the check out.

We remind you that is absolutely prohibited the storage or use of hazardous substances and / or prohibited in the apartments.

Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. reserves the right, by force majeure (fire, flood, theft or any other circumstance that would prevent its occupation, to change the reserved apartment by the guest by another equal or of higher category.

12. Guest responsibility for his companions

The holder of the reservation is responsible for the conduct and acts of those who accompany him, so any act that breaks any of the General Conditions and that carries an economic penalty, Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, SL reserves the right to charge the amount on the credit card of the holder of the reservation. We also reserve any further action is necessary in order to seek accountability for any failure.

 13. Pets

Pets and animals are not allowed in the apartments or common areas except guide dogs always accompanied by the owner.

Otherwise we will proceed to eviction from the apartment and charge 100 Euros for the cleaning and will not be refunded the full or partial amount of the reservation.

 14. Modifications

Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S.L. reserves the right to change any published information on the Web site at any time, including rates, descriptions and photographs, being the client responsible for verifying the information.

Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, SL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, prices and other information or description of the services offered at any time, being the client responsible for verifying the validity of those terms.

The guest gives his consent to the provide data to be incorporated in the existing files of Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. with the aim of offering information services, offers and shares in Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. or its affiliates. The guests agrees that the data may be transferred to companies belonging to Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. for the above purpose.

The guests can exercise its rights of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation in accordance with the above mentioned Lay by writing and enclosing a photocopy of your ID or passort to Granada Apartments Muralla Ziri, S. L., Calle San Juan de los Reyes 7 - CP 18010 Granada(Spain).

This booking, for its daily and seasonal nature, is excluded from the provisions of the existing law of urban leases for leases not being Granada Apartments Muralla Zirí, S.L. authorised to give this kind of leases.

 15. Guest agreement

The customer acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and that acceptance is confirmed by one or any of the following acts: the acceptance of services and quotations sent by e-mail, having made the reservation on-line, the reception of the reservation confirmation mail, the completion of the Guest Entry Registration Form and/or the payment of the contracted services.
